Ordering
Every product display in this site carries its own product code. Please follow below steps in ordering:-
1. Send us e-mail on the product code that you wish to purchase.
2. Within 24-hour we will confirm your order by sending confirmation mail to you on product availability.
3. Proceed to payment. Please see Payment Option.
4. Within 72-hour after payment, we will send the item to your preferred shipping methods.
Payment Option
1. I-banking and ATM transfer. POSB Personal Saving Account: 188-39853-7
2. Partial Cash on delivery. For purchase of 5 items and above, you are allowed to pay 80% through I-banking or ATM transfer.
We will collect 20% of the remaining outstanding on cash on delivery. (This is applicable if you choose for meet-up shipping option)
Shipping
Item sold in this blog exclude shipping charge unless/otherwise mentioned as promotions. Shipping expense are to be paid by buyer.
Normal Postage
Arrives within 2-5 business days.
We are not to be held responsible for lost mail via Normal Postage. We will, however, ensure that your item(s) is packed safely and securely and sent out on time.
Registered Postage
Arrives within 2-5 business days.
A tracking number will be provided and you will be able to track the status of your parcel at SingPost website with the provided tracking number.
Meet-up at train station.
A minimum of 2 items need to be purchase for this shipping method. There will be no charge for meet-up of collection of your items. MRT station as follow:
Yellow Line - Between Paya Lebar to Harbour Front
Green Line - Between Lavender to Buona Vista
Red Line - Between Yishun to Raffles Place
Purple Line - Between Serangoon to Harbour Front
Returns & Exchanges
